#41587 saw multiple cursors (“multicursors”) support merged into Neovim Nightly, scheduled for release in Neovim 0.13. It’s been in Sublime Text for over a decade yet is a divisive feature, believe it or not, in the Neovim community. But, it comes up so often on the Neovim subreddit that it’s worth exploring.
I’m defining herdr as a terminal multiplexor built around agents. If you’re running multiple agents across different projects, a dedicated space to keep tabs on all of them is pretty darn nice. In this post I share how I ended up back in a multiplexor, two years after ditching tmux, and how I’ve wired it up with Ghostty and CodeCompanion.
n8n recently launched an AI Assistant, their equivalent of Claude Code. I was excited to try it out, especially given my backlog of workflows for CodeCompanion.nvim, but setting it up on a self-hosted box looked like Docker and Linux hell. There’s an element of irony in starting a tech blog in 2025 when you’ve been in and around the subject matter for well over a decade. Ultimately, the driving force is that I miss human-written, thoughtful content more than ever. If I can make a 0.000000001% dent in the “AI-generated slop” people post willy-nilly, then great.
